  • 1x3 vertical and horizontal strapping
  • All valleys, gables and other all flashings, snow stoper includes
  • Upgrade all air vent to ridge vent.
  • Plumbing stacks and bathroom vents replacement

  • Supply and install eaves protection 4 feet synthetic felt underlayment from all eaves before re-roofing.
  • Supply and install manufacture pre-painted metal valley
  • Supply and install black plumbing stacks (pipe cover).
  • Supply and install BP manufacturer shingles style and type: Mystique 42. Manufacture warranty: Lifetime warranty.
  • Supply and install Ice and water shield membrane for 3 ft around chimney.
  • Supply and install all manufacture brand new roof vents.
